Despite the fact that the CREW forum was held in Karaganda for the first time, colleagues actively participated in the discussions and asked questions. And the topics were relevant: trends in the development of urban projects, trends in the post-covid development of the commercial real estate market, changes in the perception of shopping malls and many others.

All of us, the speakers, talked about the "philosophy of the 15-minute city", about the fact that visitors to shopping malls perceive shopping malls as places of socialization, realization and self-identification (cultural, universal), about the need for a personalized approach to communications with consumers.

It's great that the CREW platform is entering the regions. After all, the exchange of professional opinions, discussion of problems and possible solutions is a civilized method of communication between market players: both professionals and newcomers to the market.

Traditionally, I thank Kazakhstan Networking Partners and personally Aliya Serikpayeva for the high-quality organization of the event, for the great work in uniting market players and for the opportunity to share cases, questions and answers.

Yesterday, the first regional CREW took place in Karaganda. In addition to commercial real estate market professionals, the event was attended by Deputy Akim of Karaganda, Khalel Rakhimovich Akimzhanov. There was a very lively discussion. They discussed the city's potential, its development plans, current market cases in general and Karaganda in particular. In fact, the city has excellent development opportunities in some areas. Thanks, in particular, to such projects as "Karaganda Urban Center" and "Terrikonovaya Dolina" I tried to show in my speech promising areas for the development of the Karaganda commercial real estate market - high-quality business centers (in Karaganda there are no vacant premises in high-quality office buildings in the city center), service offices, flexible spaces for IT companies (of which there are a whole galaxy in Karaganda), warehouse complexes, data centers, food halls in the historical center, the construction of mixed-use projects in polycentric Karaganda (since there is still a good pace of housing construction there, this year alone 5,000 new apartments were commissioned). I thank the organizers of Kazakhstan Networking Partners and the partners of the event, the ARCADA group of companies.

Well, let's sum up the trip to the incredible event CREW Central Asia 2021

5 days of new, incredibly important and useful acquaintances and negotiations, and of course a lot of impressions.

Top representatives of companies and world-class speakers from 17 countries were present, with whom it is interesting to create collaborations and establish partnerships.

Thanks to Uzbekistan for the warm welcome in Tashkent. And of course thanks to #FIABCI for the opportunity to travel the world and exchange experiences with representatives of other countries. In the concept of #FIABCI, this is the first event to exit the pandemic, which is a very bold decision.

For many years I have been supporting CREW events, and I believe that this is a very correct and the only platform that allows us to discuss issues of real estate market development in Kazakhstan, in general, to hear and listen to interesting speakers, real estate experts, to understand the latest trends. Because of this, I am always happy to participate here, I am grateful to the organizers, personally to Aliya Serikpayeva for always inviting. Today I was a speaker, it was important for me to convey information about the tools that exist today to support small and medium businesses in Kazakhstan, about what we finance, including the construction industry, the real estate market in Almaty. And of course, to talk about what is happening with us in terms of dilapidated housing. Therefore, I am always happy to participate in this platform, I believe that today this is the most useful and correct platform for discussing issues of interest.
